Astragalus, jujube, goji berry tea: drink a cup every day for health and longevity!
In Classical Chinese Medicine astragalus root, red jujube dates and goji berry can improve energy and immunity. Astragalus nourishes qi, red jujube date and goji berry nourish blood. The combination of the three can achieve the effect of nourishing both qi and blood and thus promote vitality and longevity.
Many people have reported that after a few months of drinking this remarkable tea that their physical fitness has really improved. Children have less colds after drinking it. Some women also found that their skin has become more refined and youthful, and even the dark spots before have faded! So drink this tea every day!
The astragalus, jujube, goji tea is also very simple to make. Formula and method:
1. Two liters of fresh spring water that you have gathered on the Eastern or Southern side of a wilderness mountain or from a stream coming from such mountain.
2. Add 25 grams of raw astragalus slices, 50 grams of whole goji berry, 50 grams of coarse chop red jujube dates. Bring to boil and then cover and simmer over low flame for 45 minutes. Wood should be from the same Eastern or Southern Mountain! Turn off heat and let sit an additional 12 hours.
3. Strain and place in the refrigerator. Reheat it when you want to drink it each day. It will keep for 7 days just fine.
4. Drink one cup per day hot or cold. Dilute with water to taste.
Efficacy :
The tea is warming and tonifies. Astragalus root nourishes qi and deficiency, gojiberry nourishes yang and kidney, and red dates nourishes qi and strengthen spleen.
Regular consumption will enhance immunity and delay aging. Drinking more can also prevent colds.
If you want to make your hair thick and black, you can add another 15 grams of Polygonum multiflorum (FoTi root slices).
