Energy Immune Slow Cook Tea

A wonderful tea to boost energy on a daily basis and support immune function so that you and your family are protected and resilient to viruses and pathogens. This tea warms the center and radiates a sun-like energy to the surface of the body where it protects and safeguards your wellness. The ancient Daoists referred to this as Wei Qi - a surface energetic force field. Eleuthero root (Eleutherococcus senticossus), sometimes called “Siberian Ginseng,” is a well researched adaptogen mild, nonstimulating, antioxidant and immune stimulant in nature. I like it because it is a lot less expensive than ginseng root but similarly effective and suitable for adult men, women and children alike. Even grandparents!

The secret of this tea is in the formulation particularly the method of preparation for it is a Slow Tea. A slow cook tea method will allow the FIRE element to slowly enter and activate the WATER element. We are restructuring water here. Set your intention when preparing this tea by focusing on the health benefit desired in your HEART. The best practice is to rise around 5 AM before the sun meets the horizon. Place your covered pot and the herbs on a very low flame burner and let it slowly decoct for a 3 to 4 hour period as mentioned. When you or your loved ones drink the tea it will have a mysteriously powerful effect as the FIRE element stored in the WATER element will enter the tissues, cells and circulate more freely. FIRE purifies and protects.

Your intentions will also activate the tea in their own way similar to the way ice water crystals resonate with the thought and emotional state of a person. Water in the presence of an angry person when crystallized will form a pattern much different than a person who is emitting loving harmonious vibrations. We are composed mostly of water. Water is the source of all living beings and is the essence of all fluids in the body where it holds memory and pattern. We are born in the watery womb of our mother. Just think about it. There is a much deeper penetrating effectiveness to this tea. There is an internal alchemy. A process of working with Nature and the four elements to nourish deeply and enhance vitality.
