Meridian Tapping Qigong
All right, my still shot of this video looks kind of silly but let’s not get bogged down in the superficial. Meridian tapping qigong is one of the most beneficial daily practices and will preserve your youth and vitality well into old age. At a minimum, it only takes 5 for 10 minutes and can be practiced anywhere and at anytime. The basic pathway I show here is tapping from Heart > Hands > Head > Feet > Heart.
